Meet our Panel

Stephanie Riley

Stephanie is a Senior Product Manager at DrDoctor, the UK’s leading Patient Engagement platform. She drives the strategic direction for three teams while also mentoring and supporting colleagues across the business.

A registered intensive care nurse with experience in cardiothoracic and emergency/general ITU, she maintains her clinical registration alongside her work in product management. She holds an MSc in Health Informatics from the University of West London, graduating with Distinction, and has completed the Clinical Safety Officer qualification with NHS England.

Her professional interests include user-centred design, clinical digital transformation, and leveraging automation to address inefficiencies in complex healthcare systems and pathways.

Isabel Van De Keere

Isabel is an experienced healthcare technology innovator and purpose-driven entrepreneur, committed to ensuring innovations reach their full potential to improve human health and drive societal outcomes.

In 2016, she founded Immersive Rehab, a digital therapeutics startup focused on developing engaging and personalised neurorehabilitation programmes using virtual reality. The company aims to improve patient outcomes and provide healthcare professionals with enhanced tools for patient assessment.

She has led strategic research and technology transfer projects at Imperial College London and University College London, managed global innovation and policy initiatives at organisations like UNESCO and the Global Disability Innovation Hub, and has contributed to academia as a scientist and professor.

Currently, as Founder & Principal Innovation Consultant at Get Soaked Studio, Isabel advises purpose-driven organisations of all sizes—particularly in healthcare technology—on commercialisation, innovation, and product strategy.

With a background in Electro-Mechanical Engineering (MSc) and as a Biomedical Engineering Scientist (PhD), Isabel is deeply passionate about healthcare technologies, digital health, immersive tech applications in healthcare, using technology for good, social entrepreneurship, and promoting diversity in science and technology.

Pete Huang

Pete has focussed on building startups. Over his career he has worked in and built product, growth and engineering teams. Before founding Healthtech-1 he was a Software Engineer at Monzo. At Healthtech-1 he leads the growth team, who are on a mission to give the whole nation "one less task" with their automation products.

18:15 – Welcome & Opening 

A warm welcome from One HealthTech London who will set the tone for the night and introduce what’s in store.

18:30 – Spotlights on Wiggly Careers

3 inspirational career shifters in healthtech will explore the key drivers of career transitions – from changes in technology and industry trends to personal motivations like lifestyle changes or seeking more purpose-driven work. Discover how others have made successful pivots in their careers.

19:00 - Career Coach Workshop

This workshop will help you approach the question: when is the right time to shift? We will provide frameworks to help reframe the question to understand the main drivers behind your shift (ex. personal growth, employer-driven, or lifestyle), and inspire intentional action based on your drivers.

19:45 OHT “grab the mic” & Close

We’ll host an OHT “grab-the-mic” which gives attendees 20s to share with the room an ask or offer. It’s usually fast-paced, a bit chaotic and thoroughly useful. We’ll end by bringing everyone back together for final thoughts, a few inspiring takeaways, and next steps for continuing the momentum beyond the event.
