About the Event
Explaining ADHD often feels like trying to describe a colour no one else can see. People with aDHD have faced the “lazy” or “unfocused” labels, and frankly, the “just use a planner” advice is getting old.
It’s time to change the conversation. Join us for a virtual coffee, a relaxed, inclusive discussion on how we might use use technology not just to help with ADHD, but to translate it to the world. We’re moving from subjective “vibes” to objective validation.
On the Menu:
VR Empathy: How virtual reality simulations are helping neurotypicals finally “get” the sensory overload and cognitive weight of executive dysfunction.
Biometric proof: How wearables might show that what looks like “zoning out” is often a brain “maxing out.”
Could AI be a useful scaffold: Reframing digital tools from “crutches” to essential “external frontal lobes.”
