As our Europe Digital Health Innovation Lead and Product Owner for the UK you will be responsible for leading digital product development.
As a User Research Manager, you'll oversee and coordinate research work in the UK, on clinician facing products for Google Health, ensuring a steady stream of user insights into product design and development, from foundational to evaluative research, and to collaborate across disciplines and geographies with teams working on clinical products, including design, UX research, engineering, strategy and clinical. You'll be responsible for managing user experience researchers for Google Health in London, mentoring and growing the talented members of the team along their career paths.
The Engineering Productivity team is responsible for building critical shared infrastructure that enables the team to deliver safe, reliable, scalable software in this challenging space. As part of the Engineering Productivity team you will be responsible for defining and implementing key infrastructure that will enable the team to build an effective product and validate its clinical safety and reliability.
Being based primarily at one of our National Health Service (NHS) partner sites, the Project Manager at Google Health will facilitate the deployment of Google Health technologies into the hands of clinicians and healthcare professionals. You will work on the ground to provide project management expertise, including owning the partner delivery plan, building strong relationships with stakeholders internally and at NHS sites, and managing risks with the goal of speeding up delivery. You will anticipate issues and monitor progress, manage governance processes, and escalate risks. You will also be an expert problem-solver, helping teams to break through barriers and get the programs back on track when problems arise.
