If you could wave a magic wand and advance any area or issue in HealthTech - what would it be? 

Patient data access and communication - as a patient who has had to try to game the system to get appropriate tests, never gets to see the full reports, and has family history of several conditions, the ability to track my blood test results, scan reports, and share them with my doctors as standard would be huge! I know that apps exist, but interoperability will go a long way to making this accessible in the EU. Finally then maybe I can stop playing the "I'm a vegetarian" card in order to get doctors to give me blood tests. 

What's your favourite way to de-stress after a busy day at work? 

I pick a crime show on TV/streaming, grab a blanket, and immediately have my lap occupied by my two year old Maltese, Woofus. I guarantee nothing can make you happier than to be cosy and intrigued by terrible TV science. 

What's your favourite hobby or activity that has nothing to do with your job? 

Video gaming! I am a huge RPG fan and as a Switch and occasional PC gamer, I have some blockbuster hits (Baldur's Gate 3, Dragon Age) and some indie games (Paleo Pines, Little Dragon Cafe) in my catalogue. If anyone fancies a chat about gamification or gaming in general, I'm always up for a nerd out.
