After being diagnosed with a hidden disability as an adult, I learned that my late diagnosis was linked to my gender/ethnicity and that many others had experienced something similar. Although I'd considered inequalities in pharma research whilst at university, this experience led me to dive deeper into the unique challenges women face in healthcare/healthtech- I'm excited to work with the fellows to support the OHT mission.

I love playing the violin and have been lucky enough to play at the BBC Proms!
Who are your heroes?
