Challenge

With the UK's NHS turning 70 years old, we wanted to take stock of the amazing innovators from under-represented groups who have worked tirelessly to innovate, but have maybe gone unnoticed to date.

Solution

We wanted to celebrate the amazing people who directly, or indirectly, have been supporting the NHS to be better through innovation. We held an awards ceremony and party in London in September to make them feel extra appreciated!

Impact

The NHS70 Campaign created a resource of inspirational people from under-represented groups who are leaders in driving innovation in and alongside the NHS. We have received countless messages from members of the community as to what a useful, diverse and inspiring list of people this is!
