Making Health Innovation Real: What’s the Leadership Work Behind the Work?
tors 05 mars
|OHT London
Join us in marking International Women’s Day a little early with an evening celebrating the women doing the hard, often-invisible work of making health innovation actually happen!

Time & Location
05 mars 2026 18:00 – 21:00
OHT London, Hale House, 76 Portland Pl, London W1B 1NT, UK
About the Event
If you’ve ever watched a brilliant concept meet the real world - patient safety, messy workflows, fragmented data, governance, procurement, evidence standards, tight budgets, public trust… and that delightful moment when everyone agrees it’s important but no one’s quite sure how to make it happen - this one’s for you.
We’re bringing together a cross-section of quite frankly TOTALLY AWESOME women leading across industry, clinical practice, research and beyond, for a proper look at the human side of leadership in health innovation: what they do when things get stuck, how they make decisions in the messy middle, and what their North Stars are when the pressure is ON.
Your host: Jemima Kola-Abodunde
Panellists:
Hannah Allen - Chief Medical Officer (UK) at Heidi Health
Jessica Schrouff - Director of Responsible AI at GlaxoSmithKline
