Monthly OHT Community Hangout

Revive your networking mojo in a friendly, global space for healthtech professionals to connect, chat, and share ideas. Our monthly Hangouts aim to offer a relaxed, engaging opportunity to spark meaningful conversations within the OHT community. They’re usually fun, reflective, and very chatty!! We aim to rejuvenate casual networking by providing a supportive space to exchange ideas, ignite creative connections, and leave with fresh contacts, practical advice, and that delicious OHT buzz.

How our hangouts work:

1. Warm-up ice-breaker: We kick off with a quick activity to get everyone in the OHT zone.

   
   

2. Pre-prepared reflections: Before you join, think about these three questions:

   
   

   • What’s one trend in healthtech that’s occupying your head space right now (for good or bad)?

   • What one challenge or breakthrough in your work or project has most surprised you this year?

   • What personal habit or mindset change has helped you navigate your professional life recently?

3. Decide & discuss: We gather all your reflections on a virtual whiteboard, mix them up, and spin a virtual wheel (or something similar) to choose our discussion focus—usually covering 2-3 topics per session.

   
   

4. Tips, tricks & next steps: We wrap up by sharing advice, resources, and suggestions on people to check out from the group.

Please come prepared with your answers to the three reflection questions too!
