Join OHT Leeds for an inspiring and thought-provoking session exploring the experiences of women in technology and digital leadership.

This event will spotlight diverse career journeys, share insights on breaking barriers, and highlight how inclusive leadership is reshaping the future of tech, health, and innovation.

We’re thrilled to welcome leading voices in the space (more speakers to come, watch this space!):

• Jennifer Duffy – Digital and data leader in health, retail, and Martech, an advocate for inclusive leadership and user-centred innovation

  
  

• Maxine Mackintosh – AI nerd, community-builder and passionate about all things health and tech

  
  

• Kate Lodge - Passionate health and care transformation leader, heading up one of the UK’s largest partnerships between academia and health - with a city focus on tackling health inequalities and boosting economic growth

  
  

• The event will be chaired by: Sarah Corbridge, OHT Fellow.

  
  

Together, they’ll share personal reflections on navigating the tech landscape and overcoming barriers to women getting into leading roles in tech, how they champion equity, and lead with purpose in a rapidly evolving digital world.

Expect an honest, energising conversation about non-linear career paths, from women with very different journeys through HealthTeach, the power of networks, and how we can all play a role in creating more inclusive, supportive environments for women and underrepresented voices in tech.

We’ll start by introducing the different leaders on the panel and their career journeys, the challenges they’ve faced, as well as the exciting opportunities they’ve had.

We’ll then have a discussion with the panel, picking up on some central themes of women in HealthTech leadership from the introduction.

Lastly, you’ll get to ask your questions, and join in the discussion.
