OHT Strategy REFRESH Focus Group (session 1)

By signing up to participate in this focus group workshop for our strategy refresh, here's what you can expect. 

First, you'll be joining a group of like-minded individuals who are interested in providing valuable feedback to help shape the direction of the strategy. The workshop will be designed so that everyone has an opportunity to share their thoughts and ideas. During the call, you'll be asked to participate in various activities designed to elicit feedback on the current strategy and potential changes. This could include group discussions, brainstorming sessions, or individual exercises. You'll have the opportunity to share your thoughts, opinions, and experiences related to the strategy, and to hear from others in the group as well.

We are hosting TWO sessions - feel free to participate in both, but they will follow the same structure so there is no need. 

What commitment are we asking for?

• We ask that before coming to the session you participate in the survey - this should only take 10 mins
• The focus group session will last approximately one hour
• After the  call we will collate the results from the survey and the two focus group sessions. Those in the focus group will be the first to receive the feedback and will be asked to help determine next steps. You will be added into a temporary slack channel in order to vote, discuss and help shape the next phase of OHT.
