We are proud to spotlight three inspiring women who are making a real impact in women’s health. Driving innovation in care and equity, they will be sharing their deep expertise and lived experience at our upcoming Women’s Health Specialist Network panel event.
Cathy Jones - UK’s first digital Midwife with a special interest in Closed Loop Care
👩⚕️ Cathy is a Diabetes Specialist Midwife at University Hospitals of Leicester and the Leicester Diabetes Centre. Trained at Queen’s University Belfast, she has over 10 years’ midwifery experience and now combines clinical care with research. Cathy supports women with pre-existing and gestational diabetes, with a special interest in using technology such as Hybrid Closed Loop systems and continuous glucose monitoring.
