Saturday splash - we don't give a duck!

We know.........we've really nailed it this time......

Come and join OHT London for a dip in the ponds and soak up some seriously epic wild swimming vibes! 

Meet outside the entrance to the Mixed Ponds in Hampstead Heath at 9am, ready to hit the (pond) running and jump in for a refreshing (and potentially quite chilly but awesome) dip!

If you're not sure about the swim but fancy coming to watch the spectacle (and/or just say hi!), we'll be heading to a local cafe after to grab some coffee and warm up so do come along!

9:00 - Meet outside the mixed ponds 

9:00-9:15 - Change into swimmers

9:15-9:45 - TAKE AN AMAZING WILD SWIM (obviously everyone only stays in for as long as they want!!!)

9:45-10:00 - Change into some toasty comfy clothes 

10:00-10:10 - Walk to cafe (TBC) outside Hampstead Heath overground station for coffee/breakfast/brunch and WARM UP!
