About One HealthTech

One HealthTech (OHT) is a global, volunteer-led community that exists to make health, care, and life sciences more equitable, inclusive, and accessible for everyone. We create welcoming spaces for people from all backgrounds, especially those historically excluded, to connect, collaborate, and shape the future of health and tech.

The OHT London gang has been growing, with regular events at the wonderful Hale House (yes, every single one has sold out so far…vibes have been immaculate), and a buzzing crew of existing friendly volunteers keeping the good energy flowing. We even hosted a Shift event to help folks navigating career transitions, and it was a big, beautiful success.

Our local hubs are the heartbeat of OHT, running community-led events, meetups, and projects that reflect the needs and passions of their people. And now, the London hub is looking for TWO NEW OHT London Hub Co-Leads to join the fun!

These are two distinct volunteer roles, and we’re hoping to find a brilliant duo who balance each other beautifully:

✨ One of you is a Notion-loving, post-it-wielding PM enthusiast who thrives on spreadsheets, timelines, and keeping things beautifully organised.

🤝 The other is a big-picture health-tech dreamer who’s all about partnerships, community connections, and sparking exciting ideas that bring people together.

As the OHT London Hub Co-Lead, you’ll help guide and energise our local community. You’ll work closely with volunteers to turn ideas into action…from casual meetups to exciting partnerships. You don’t have to do it all yourself, but you’ll help keep the wheels turning and the vibes high.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Support and coordinate a small group of volunteers

• Help shape the direction of the London hub and its activities

• Organise or oversee inclusive events and collaborations

• Build and maintain connections with local partners and organisations

• Represent the spirit and values of OHT in all you do

What we are on the hunt for:

There’s no perfect profile, but you might have experience with:

• Event management or community organising

• Project coordination or team leadership

• Partnership building or outreach

• Creating inclusive, welcoming environments

Mostly, we’re looking for someone who’s excited to make things happen, enjoys working with others, and wants to help build a community where everyone belongs.
