About One HealthTech
One HealthTech is a global, volunteer-led community that champions diversity, inclusivity, and innovation in healthtech. We support curious minds and future leaders, helping people from all backgrounds to build confidence, share knowledge, and connect across health, tech, and everything in between.
A Day in the Life at One HealthTech

No two days are ever quite the same at One HealthTech, and we love it that way! You might kick things off with a bit of (let’s be honest) unglamorous admin - scheduling socials, sorting calendars, or tidying up inboxes. But stick with us, because things get much more exciting…
You’ll soon find yourself connecting with our vibrant, inspiring community, whether that’s helping members find resources, supporting a project, or simply sharing a laugh. You’ll be a key player in a warm and welcoming group of volunteers, all coming together with one shared mission: to make health innovation more equitable, inclusive, and accessible for everyone. And yes, it’s just as meaningful and joyful as it sounds.
At the heart of it all? The people. Our community is full of brilliant, funny, and passionate humans who generously give their time and energy. Being part of this crowd means showing up, lifting others up, and making real change happen, together.
You’ll occasionally hop on group calls with community members and join our weekly core team check-in, where we balance the serious stuff (strategy, planning, impact!) with essential chats about bad haircuts, questionable snacks, and excellent weekend adventures.
So, if you're someone who thrives in an environment that's equal parts mission-driven and joy-filled, you’re going to feel right at home here.
