If you could wave a magic wand and advance any area or issue in HealthTech - what would it be?

More investment in women's health going towards research, development, clinical trials, startups and any other solution that is evidence-based. £25M from the UK government is a great first step, but it is not nearly enough considering how expensive R&D and clinical validations are.  Just to give a few examples:  - Understanding the impact sex hormones and the menstrual cycle have on medical conditions and the pharmacodynamics of drugs - Specific women's health conditions (endometriosis, PCOS, Menopause etc) - Other health conditions disproportionately impacting women (autoimmune diseases) - Health conditions that are often thought of as men's diseases that impact women equally, and health outcomes are worse for women because of this (Cardiovascular diseases)  Venture capital funding is equally important to Government funding, however, after the COVID-19 boom, VC funding for digital health innovations dropped to its lowest since 2016 (CB Insights, 2023).   If I could wave my magic wand 🪄, I would get the government and the private sector to spend more 💰 on women's health, which impacts half of the population not just in the UK, but worldwide 🌍❤️
