Why we made it
As investment in FemTech grows, so does the opportunity to build products that genuinely work for more women. But too often, the people who face the biggest barriers to healthcare are the ones left out of research, design and testing.
Created by the One HealthTech Women's Health Specialist Network, with support from UCL Innovation & Enterprise, this guide brings together practical insights from founders, innovators, researchers and community members exploring how to build more accessible, equitable and inclusive women's health technology. Rather than offering an exhaustive one-size-fits-all framework, it shares questions, reflections and real-world learnings that can be applied throughout the product lifecycle.
Whether you're a founder, designer, researcher, investor or simply passionate about improving women's health, this guide is designed to help you think more intentionally about who you're building for, and who might still be missing.
