Impact
What does One Health Tech make possible?
OHT’s impact starts with people and travels outward.

It can look like someone finding confidence, meeting collaborators, feeling less alone or stepping into leadership for the first time.
It can also look like community insight shaping practice, policy, products, processes, partnerships and better ways of working across health innovation.
We think about impact through the 3 Ps:
People: who feels more connected, visible, confident or able to lead?
Products: what tools, technologies or services become more useful, inclusive or grounded?
Practice: what changes in how people work, collaborate, design, research, govern or make decisions?
The answers won't always fit neatly into a spreadsheet, and that's okay.
Some impact is easy to spot. Some takes years to unfold. Some starts with someone joining a Slack channel and realising they're not the only one asking the question.
This page is where we'll share what we're learning along the way. We'll celebrate what's working, be honest about what isn't, and keep asking how we can create even greater impact together.
Because the story isn't finished yet. In many ways, we're only just getting started.

Members’ Stories
Stories about the impact OHT has on people.
These might be stories of connection, confidence, opportunity, friendship, leadership, mentoring, volunteering, community-building or finding your people.
These stories often sit under People, but they can also lead to changes in products and practice. Humans are inconveniently interconnected like that.

Practice, Policy and Process Impact
Stories about the impact OHT has beyond the community itself.
These might be examples of community insight shaping products, services, research, policy, partnerships, ethics, co-design, inclusion, events, frameworks, toolkits or ways of working.
These stories often sit under Products and Practice, but they usually start with people: someone asking a better question, opening a door, sharing insight or bringing others together.
Outside-world impact. The “oh look, something actually shifted” stuff.
Ten years of stories.
In April 2026, OHT turned ten.
To celebrate, we're collecting the memories, moments and ripple effects that have made the community what it is today.
Whether your story is thirty words or three minutes long...
We'd love to hear it.
