If you could wave a magic wand and advance any area or issue in HealthTech - what would it be?

I'd love a magic wand and would find it hard to just magic one issue away but my top one would have to be interoperability. It's not a sexy topic but it's the biggest issue stopping lots of amazing developments and innovations as too many systems are closed and solving interoperability is complex with tech, cultural and organisational changes needed.

If you were a superhero, what would your power be?

I'd love to be able to fly. Those who know me know I'm never late, always early. So I spend extra time getting places just in case of traffic. If I could fly I could control my time more and see even more people and stay in touch with friends and family who live further away.

What's your favourite way to de-stress after a busy day at work?

I oscillate between virtuous things like immersive spinning/body combat and wine and cake. It depends on the day!
