What inspired you to pursue a career in HealthTech?

HealthTech allows me to combine strategy, design and human-centred thinking to solve real healthcare challenges with lasting impact. 

Share a personal experience that showcases the importance of diversity and inclusion in the HealthTech industry.

One of the most valuable lessons from my work has been seeing how different communities experience healthcare differently. Designing with those perspectives from the start creates more equitable and effective HealthTech solutions. 

If you could wave a magic wand and advance any area or issue in HealthTech - what would it be?

If I could wave a magic wand, I'd solve the adoption gap in HealthTech. We have incredible innovations, but too many fail to deliver meaningful impact because they aren't trusted, integrated into clinical workflows, or designed around the people they're intended to help. I'd love to see every HealthTech solution developed with adoption in mind from day one, so innovation translates into better outcomes for patients, clinicians and healthcare systems.

What's one piece of advice you would give to aspiring HealthTech professionals looking to make a difference in the industry?

Remember that innovation alone doesn't change healthcare. Meaningful impact comes when people trust, adopt and use the solution.

What's your favourite way to de-stress after a busy day at work?

I love to just go to bed with my dogs. 

What's your favourite hobby or activity that has nothing to do with your job?

I love being active and working out in the gym is my favourite hobby
