If you could wave a magic wand and advance any area or issue in HealthTech - what would it be?

I'd ensure that everyone had the confidence, skills and opportunity to benefit from health technology. We spend a lot of time creating amazing digital innovations, but too many people are still excluded because of digital poverty, literacy, accessibility or trust. For me, success isn't just about better technology; it's about making sure no one is left behind.

If you were a superhero, what would your power be?

My power would be to make change feel less scary and to stop resistance! 

What's your favourite way to de-stress after a busy day at work?

I'm a big fan of the New York Times Games, Wordle and Spelling Bee in particular are all part of my daily routine. They help me unwind while keeping my brain active and then I'm also obsessed with Candy Crush!
