Partner with us
Support community-powered work across health innovation.
OHT works with values-aligned organisations that want to support inclusive communities, better conversations and more grounded ways of working across health innovation.

We partner around the things that matter to our communities: backing people too often unheard, supporting products that work fairly, and shaping better practice through ethics, co-design, collaboration and shared learning.
We partner where there is shared purpose, trust and clear value for the communities involved.
If you want a transactional logo swap, we are probably not your people.

If you want thoughtful, community-powered work with actual care behind it, hello.

Why partner with OHT?

Because community changes what health innovation can see.

Our communities bring together people across disciplines, places, identities, experiences and career stages.

That creates a different kind of space: one where people can ask better questions, share practical insight, build trust and explore what good health innovation looks like in real life.

A partnership with OHT can help your organisation support that work in a way that is thoughtful, useful and values-aligned.

Not extractive. Not performative. Not “we did a community.” Good grief, no.
What partners can support

People.
Support the Fellows, volunteers, members and communities bringing under-heard voices, lived experience, local knowledge and different forms of expertise into health innovation.
This could include mentorship, leadership opportunities, storytelling, community support or helping people access rooms they have not always been invited into.

Products.
Support conversations, resources and community insight that help products, tools and services work better in real life.
This could include co-design, community feedback, inclusive product practice, user research conversations or practical resources for teams building health innovation.

Practice.
Support better ways of working across health innovation.
This could include ethics, collaboration, inclusive events, policy conversations, frameworks, toolkits, research, process change or shared learning that helps people do the work better.
Partnership formats

Community building
Help Fellows and volunteers grow welcoming, resilient communities across places, topics, practices, identities, career stages and lived experiences.

Support the people doing the slow, important work of bringing others together. Very noble. Very useful.

Events and conversations
Work with OHT communities to convene thoughtful, inclusive conversations that bring different perspectives into the room.

Not panels for the sake of panels. Conversations that actually help people think, connect and do better work.

Practical resources
Support toolkits, frameworks, guides or shared learning that help shift health innovation practice.

The kind of things people can use, share, adapt and say, “Oh thank goodness, this is helpful.”

Mentorship and opportunities
Open doors for members, Fellows and volunteers through mentorship, introductions, learning and opportunities.

Sometimes the most powerful thing is the right person saying, “I can help.”

Research and insight
Collaborate with communities to explore questions, surface learning and translate insight into action.

Done with care, not extraction. Shared purpose, clear benefit and proper respect for people’s time and knowledge.

Sponsorship and support
Support the infrastructure that helps OHT communities keep going: Fellow support, onboarding, events, tools, communications and shared resources.
The unglamorous bits matter. A lot. Good systems make generous communities easier to sustain.
How we work with partners
We are open to collaboration, but careful about fit.
We look for partnerships that:

-
align with OHT’s values
-
create clear benefit for the community
-
respect the time and energy of volunteers
-
support inclusive, practical and human ways of working
-
help community insight travel further
-
avoid extraction, tokenism or tick-box engagement

We do not sell access to our members. We do not treat lived experience as a shortcut to legitimacy. We do not support partnerships that pull OHT away from what makes it valuable.

Clear? Lovely.
