What I wish I'd known: Healthtech leaders on leading better
In this workshop-style session we'll hear from veteran leaders about their strategies for success, then we'll split into small facilitated groups to workshop those all-important leadership skills: from beating imposter syndrome to managing a team to nailing your presentations. You'll leave feeling confident and equipped with practical knowledge to help you smash your autumn goals.
